Casey County Attorney
Introduction
Our office is responsible for prosecuting all criminal acts in the local community. We are also responsible for representing Casey County Fiscal Court in all areas including fiscal and legislative. We also represent Casey County in all matters that may touch upon or affect Casey County.
Our office secretaries are Rebecca Hatter and Elsie Allen-Clark. We are open Monday through Friday from 8am to 4pm.
Thomas W. Weddle, Jr.
Thomas M. Weddle, Jr., has been the County Attorney Since 1986. In addition to his position as County Attorney he has a private practice which handles wills, deeds, probate, estate, real estate, and general civil practice.
